This adorably illustrated story shares a powerful message with kids about sharing. I loved the simple rhyming words, and cute illustrations that were featured on each page. This is a book that will be a big hit for young children. It's great to have at home and in preschool settings.

Very simple story, but so cute and so much fun to read. The illustrations are adorable too. This is one of those books where my kids can point out different things or add their own ideas without me getting frustrated because I'm trying to read the words. I rotate books on our mantle for the changing holidays and seasons, and this was perfect for our Valentine's display. We read it throughout the year, though, because it's so much fun.

We absolutely love this book. While simple in its wording, the message is impactful. The book teaches children to spread their joy, to not be selfish with what makes them special, and that by sharing the joy in their own life with others, they will experience even more happiness. This message is essential for our kids in an ever growing world of entitlement and negativity. Stay positive. Help others. Share.In addition to the great message, we also love the illustrations and texture in the book. Peter Reynolds is one of our favorites, and he definitely does not disappoint in "Plant A Kiss". Much like the wording, the illustrations are simple yet impactful. There is also glitter added to the "joy" on each page, which grows in size as the story grows. The glitter really adds eye appeal and sensory appeal with its texture.This is an A+ picture book. You won't be disappointed!

This book is so cute. About a little girl who plants a kiss and when it blooms she shares it with everyone. The "kiss blooms" are all sparkly looking. I love the story, but my toddler only somewhat loves it. She will let me read it to her when it is my choice, but when it's her choice she never chooses it. Maybe as she gets older she love it more.

Really such a cute book. A lovely lesson though a bit abstract for the small ones. It's fun and the pictures are fun so it is read a bit in our house. If you are worried that one might be a bit young to get it you may be right though they may enjoy it anyway and then get it later on. There is value in reading it either way.

I love this book! It's one of my favorites that I read to my little one. It teaches such a great lesson about spreading love and sharing your good fortune. The simple words and rhymes are fun, and my toddler loves "reading" the book along with me. Also, the illustrations are beautiful and warm.

This is an absolutely delightful little book that captivates kids, and parents, with it's gentle sing-song rhythm and it's feel good message. The illustrations are perfect and promote the positive feel of the book.

This is a simple but cute story and idea! The reason I gave it 3 stars is the larger version we got from the library has glittery pages and added so much more to the story!
