Ali Dean did is Incredible! This is one of my all time favorite sports YA series. If you haven't read it yet, you are missing out. It is worth the purchase. You will read and reread again and again.The Pepper Jones series is just getting better. Pepper and Jace are put to the test and it is a scary one at that. If you like sports YA fiction, this is the series you will not be able to put down. As a reader, from the eyes of Pepper, you are not sure who is a friend or a frenemy. You must read Pepped Up and All Pepped Up before reading this book. Cannot wait for the next part in the series.I received an ARC of Pepped up and Ready. The following has spoilers.Jace is off to University of Colorado. Even though the school is in the same town Pepper is terrified that too many things are changing. She is scared about her relationship with Jace and what complications may arise with him attending a new school while playing Division I football. At the same time, she is push herself twice as much to prepare to race in nationals again. We know from book 1 and Ryan (her ex-boyfriend) warned her about running so much to the point of injury. Well that is what Pepper ends up doing. She ends up out for most of the season and is petrified that she will lose any chance of receiving an athletic scholarship. These are the obstacles that are she is going through without anyone interfering. Add jealous college girls and guys, those who seek revenge, and family concerns, Pepper and Jace are pulled through the ringer.

Jace goes off to college, a bike ride from Pepper's apartment, and Pepper starts her senior year of high school as the top cross country recruit in the USA. Soon she has a choice: University of Oregon, where her running idol goes to college, or University of Colorado-Brockton, near her grandmother and at the same school as her boyfriend, Jace. Will she branch out and leave everything familiar and comfortable, or will she stay in her hometown with the boys who pursue her and the girls who pursue Jace? Pepper Jones needs to tackle challenges during the fall season -- injury, being roofied, dating a boy at college, being approached in the pool and the gym. For two private people, they live highly visible, public lives! This book moves from one tense moment to the next. It's fast-paced and ambitious, just like Pepper.

It is Pepper Jones' senior year and she has a lot to live up to from last years cross country season. Question is...will she go too hard? Or will she listen to her coach? Add that along with that Jase going to college and she is in a frenzy. Of course....Jase is only ten minutes away, but at some points itll seem like 10 hours for Miss. Pepper.Not to mention that Pepper is now dealing with choosing where to go college. Staying in Brockton with Jase would be optimal, but can other schools sway her? This and more when you read this third installment. It is as riveting as ever and I always enjoy Author Ali Dean's sports romances.

You can’t help but fall more in love with jace and pepper!!! There story is one of strength, love, loyalty and understanding. I look forward to reading the rest of the the series.

The third book in the Pepper Jones series is amazing! Ali hit it out of the park with this one. In the 3rd book, Pepper has to deal with relationship problems, racing problems, and a mysterious stalker, but the most important thing is that she rediscovers herself in the racing world. But will Pepper get through all these obstacles and still have time to spend with her HOTTIE college boyfriend, Jace? ;)

This is one of my favorite series and the author has promised to keep them coming and I can't wait to continue to read them. I wish they were a little more explicit, just a tad. But overall I love the characters and the plot line. The heroines seem to be sane people that make the right choices and I love that. I hate moronic HH.

You'll have to read the series to get the full effect, but this third installment is fantastic! I love Pepper (h) and I love how Jace (H) loves her. She's been through a lot bc of their relationship and still maintains her strength. She also has her running and I like how the author gives time to that aspect through all of the series. Loved it!!

I read all of the books in the series. I think I enjoyed them? They were quick easy reads with nothing new or challenging to become engaged in. They felt poorly edited or not enough time spent getting good advice from beta readers. I would love to see a strong female athlete character closer to what Mariana Zapata wrote in Kulti.
