Before this I have never read the Book of Mormon, I smoked A LOT of dope and wasnt planning on reading it but rather using it for meme purposeses on ifunny(which i did) and I actually read a little while being high and have never felt such a mix of emotions, starting with this feeling that i have never felt before then ending with intense guilt... I still have a lot of doubt but Im interested in reading more, it really does make a lot of sense though about the history of the Natives in the Americas and how they got here, anyway I like it(haven’t stopped smoking btw) 😂

The most marvelous part of the Book of Mormon is 3 Nephi, when Christ visits the Americas. You'll want to read that section over and over again. There is merit in reading the whole book quickly, or slowly. It is filled with scriptures that touch your heart, perhaps different ones each time you read it. Wonderful heros, humble prophets, and evil bad guys.

This is the first time I can recall reading the Book of Mormon cover to cover in a single year.I know this book is true. The Spirit of God confirmed this to me over and over again.

1st cd would not play in my vehicle. Have listened to two. I'll post again after I listen to all my of the cd's. Addendum : Only one cd would play in my car. After I organized them numerically several were missing. I can not recommend as you do not receive the entire set!

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and I basically live off this book. Anyone out there who can not see the doctrine and greatness in this book is wrong. There are fabulous things in this book. If you love this book, and you are not a member of the church, you should check it out. Tbere are buildings and temples all around the world. I really enjoyed this book. It was nice to read on the kindle since it read more like a normal book, which I found very helpful. If you are even curious about reading this book, just give it a go! You've got nothing to loose. I found it a worthwhile read both interesting from a historical prospective and a spiritual perspective.

I want to share with you my feelings about this great book. For most of my life I have been able to more fully appreciate the love the Savior has for me by reading the Book of Mormon and the Bible. The Old Testament, New Testament and Book of Mormon is a library of God’s dealings with holy prophets that believed in Him and wrote their testimonies about Him to help others. The Book of Mormon is a record of the ancient people of the Americas that had the gospel of Jesus Christ just as the ancient Israelites that accepted Jehovah in the Old Testament and Jesus in the New Testament. One of my favorite passages is in 3 Nephi chapters 11-19, where the resurrected Lord appears to the people and teaches His gospel. Compare Jesus’ sermon on the mount (in St. Matthew).The Book of Mormon is a book of holy scripture that as you read, you will be able to feel the influence of God’s Holy Spirit testifying of its truthfulness. If you are sensitive to the Holy Spirit, He can tell you the truth of all things through honest and sincere study and prayer.There is a special peace and happiness in my life that comes from studying the life and ministry of Jesus Christ and His prophets. This book is filled with amazing stories that I hope you can benefit from just as I have.Feast upon the words contained in the Book of Mormon and Bible and they will guide you in all things what you should do in life. I have received many answers to prayers after asking God for help and then reading the Book of Mormon immediatly afterwards. The Book of Mormon also contains this wonderful promise to know of its truthfulness. (See Moroni 10, verses 3-5). If you read and pray about this book, in the name of Christ, God will make the truth of the book known to you through His Holy Spirit. You’ve heard the scripture, “Ask and you shall receive, knock and it shall be opened unto you.” It really works.
